LEVEL OF EXPERTISE
Most workshops are suitable for a range of expertise. Those for beginners only or for advanced students are marked as such. Most classes are suitable for interested senior school students,but there is no discount offered.
All workshops are two-day.

COSTS & MATERIALS
Costs are based on a standard tutor fee.Longer classes have a higher cost as does any class with a live model.Some materials are supplied as described, and there are some with an additional fee.Students are expected to provide materials and tools such as their own paints, paper or canvas, and brushes, pencils, scissors.
Needs lists will be finalised closer to the workshop time.

MEALS
Tea, coffee, water are provided throughout the day.Morning & Afternoon teas are legend.Lunches can be purchased from nearby cafes or bring your own to enjoy on the grass.

TUTORS' EXHIBITION
An exhibition showcasing the work of all the 2019 tutors will run from the beginning of January to the end of the Summer School.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of the limited numbers in the workshops, we will operate on a first-paid / first in basis. A deposit is required to secure your booking, and must be If a workshop is filled, you will be contacted to pay the full amount.If you have not paid by , and there is a waiting list, your registration will be forfeited and the place given to the next person on the list – you will be refunded part of your deposit.Classes will be invoiced the balance to be paid by 20 December.
If a workshop is filled, you may be put on a waiting list (in order of receipt) and advised if a place becomes available.
If you withdraw before 1 October, you will be refunded your deposit.If you withdraw before 1 December, you will be refunded all you have paid less $20 administration fee.Withdrawals between 1 December and 20 December will be refunded all but half the deposit.
Withdrawals after 20 December will not be refunded unless we can fill your place from the waiting list. All workshops have a minimum number before they will proceed. If this is not reached by 1 December, the workshop may be cancelled. In this case you will be refunded any money you have paid. You may like to transfer the registration to another workshop, if available. People who have transferred, will be given priority.
